ABOUT ME
Stefan Winder
My client base is incredibly diverse, ranging from teenagers to senior citizens, complete beginners to advanced exercisers, grassroots athletes to professional athletes, and aspiring military personnel to special forces operators; I work with clients of all abilities, stages and ages to help them achieve their goals. Their success is achieved through long-term, one-to-one, individualised and structured programs; and I monitor progress through regular testing and recording of results, so everything I do is based on data evidence. In addition to exercise prescription, I also provide sound guidance on nutrition, sleep, and stress management, which are key to fulfilling an inclusive level of health and fitness.

I have a master's degree in Strength & Conditioning, and I am constantly consuming new knowledge and learning from my peers to ensure that I continue to deliver the best service possible for all of my clients. I also have a background in elite sport and have competed at both national and international level.
